A tap on the shoulder, full of anticipation, Byron turned around to see his beautiful bride for the first time.  His look of surprise quickly turned to awe, washed over by a sense of how lucky he feels to be standing in front of the love of his life, on his wedding day.  As he stood there, melting into his bride, their best friends looked on from chapel windows.  Not a dry eye in the room.

 

One thing is clear about Lauren and Byron…  they were destined to be together.

 

A shared love for Christ was the catalyst that set this dream into motion.  Lauren met Byron at a UNT campus bible study.  As they grew in faith, they grew closer to one another.

 

When you are in the room with these two, you can see a visible connection between the two.  It’s as if they are on set of a Nicholas Sparks romance novel where the two characters are so obviously destined to be with one another.  Byron knew without a doubt that Lauren was his person and quickly snatched her up asking her to be his wife.

 

A beautiful, classic wedding day.

 

Lauren did such an amazing job planning her special day to perfection.  The soft, delicate florals, complimented the bridesmaid dresses and reception decor perfectly.  Then she added the Chapel At Ana Villa, one of DFW’s most gorgeous venues, to the background and you have the sense of magnifico (and yes, I kiss my fingers tips when I’m saying this) as the day came together.

 

Each moment of their wedding day was playful, lighthearted and full of smiles.  I witnessed my first “paper, rock, scissors” game at the alter which helped them decide who got to exchange their vows first.  The laughter around the room was contagious in this moment.  To excited cheers up and down the aisle as the pastor announced them as Man and Wife.

 

These two are surrounded by proud parents, loving family members and friends that surely know how to break it down on the dance floor.  I am so blessed to have clients like Lauren and Byron who are so genuine, loving and come from a place of giving.  I hope you guys love your sneak peak into their beautiful wedding day!
